Effective Marketing and Business Leader of the Year Awards

Lumegent Celebrated at Awards Banquet

The Fallon Chamber of Commerce presented Lumegent with the Effective Marketing Award and CEO Billy Thompson with the Business Leader of the Year Award at the Chamber’s annual Awards Banquet on February 2. Businesses throughout the Fallon community—received awards and recognition at this festive event.

The fiesta­-themed banquet at the Fallon Convention Center began with a cocktail hour replete with margaritas, face-painting, and photo sessions with cardboard cutouts. Each company’s dinner table featured decorative centerpieces to be auctioned off for fundraising. Fallon’s own La Fiesta catered the event.

Lumegent employees dressed for the occasion in ponchos and sombreros, even including a twist on the classic Three Amigos (the Lumegent Four Amigos). The Lumegent team enjoyed the revelry of the event and is honored to have been included in this Fallon tradition.
