A Message From Lumegent Regarding the Coronavirus

Like many of you, we have been closely following and monitoring the daily updates surrounding the coronavirus. This pandemic is impacting family, friends, business and communities across the world. We share in the worldwide concern for the spread of COVID-19 and have taken the proper precautions to ensure the safety of all employees at Lumegent and those that we work with. There is no issue more important to us than making sure that we manage this situation as effectively as possible.

Lumegent’s home office is in the State of Nevada where, on Wednesday, March 18, 2020,  a 30-day statewide shutdown of all nonessential businesses was ordered by Nevada governor, Steve Sisolak.  This shutdown is not expected to have any impact on the services we provide our clients. Lumegent’s work-from-home program uniquely allows our team to continue business as usual, meeting our clients’ needs while allowing Lumegent employees to be safe, reduce the spread of COVID-19, and follow the directives of the CDC and statewide shutdown policies.

The print production portion of Lumegent’s operations is currently being routed to outside locations and partners throughout the United States in an effort to continue providing for our clients with little to no interruption during this time. Each of our facilities is taking the same care and concern to ensure safety and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As an example, in our main print production facilities we are still operating our 24/7 shifts by using fours sets of crews with distance between each employee and a small break in-between each shift. Each employee is standardized to their crew. These steps ensure employees do not cross paths when transitioning shifts and minimizes the contact each employee has with one another for minimal exposure. Before and after each shift a full sanitation of the facility occurs. In an event there is a necessary change in this approach, or a need for additional shutdowns and delays, our clients will be contacted directly with updated information on how the situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
